Postpartum Doula Assistance:

No two families' postpartum needs are exactly alike, and therefore shifts vary from client to client.  I can work up to twelve weeks in the home if needed.  As a postpartum doula, I help with tasks such as:

• Preparation for baby’s arrival
• Immediate postpartum support (in hospital) if desired
• Role adjustment
• Breastfeeding/bottlefeeding education
• Older sibling support
• Basic baby care 
• Referrals to professionals and support groups
• Development of coping skills
• Screening for mood disorders
• Household organization
  

Fees for Doula Services

The fee for postpartum support is $50/hour. 

Support a friend and give the gift of a doula!  Gift certificates for postpartum help are available for purchase.

*Please note:  Payment plans are available to those in financial need.  I truly value the positive benefits of doula care, and I do not want financial need to make those services inaccessible to mothers who desire them.
