At the end of a busy day, I often decide I'm not up for the mundane household tasks and I skip 'em. Sometimes this happens for a few days at a time. And then, BAM. It hits me. I begin to feel overwhelmed and anxious just thinking about all of the stuff on my plate. I wonder how I'll ever get back on top of things. We've all experienced this feeling, right?
